Dennis had a heck of a life that started on one continent and ended on the far side of another. Truthfully speaking, he was many things to many people. He was a husband, father, son, brother, uncle, grandpa, as well as a co-worker, friend, neighbour. And to pretty much everyone, he could be a bit of a pain in the rear end. He was ok with that.
He loved his family, but like many men of his generation, he couldn’t show it easily. He loved his job, so much so in fact that he tried to work at every glass shop in town. He also loved being outside, either hunting or fishing, until life wouldn’t let him anymore.
In the end, after years of being in pain, Dennis died peacefully in ICU at the University Hospital of Northern BC with his wife and son by his side. He was preceded by his parents Veronika and Sandor, brothers Joseph and Sandor, and his daughter Darla.
He is survived by his wife Dorothy, son Dennis (Sharleen), and granddaughter Olivia.
