With sadness, we announce the passing of James (Jim) Nagy. Born in Punnichy, Saskatchewan, he may have left the farm, but the work ethic of a farmer never left him. He was quick with a story and a laugh, and had a love of boating and water-skiing (surprising as he never learned to swim). Jim will be deeply missed by those who loved him.
He is survived by his daughter, Danielle Drinkwater, brothers Eric and Jerry Nagy, brother-in-law Rick Dalio and many nieces and nephews.
He is predeceased by his parents John and Theresa Nagy, brothers John, Ray and Brian Nagy, and sister Dianne Dalio.
Rather than a formal service, we invite you to individually celebrate Jim’s life in a way that is meaningful to you, and encourage a donation to your local food bank to honour the bounty of Jim’s Saskatchewan roots.
