In Prince George BC at the age of 78

Joe was born January 28 1945, in Westlock AB and was the youngest of 8 children. He grew up in Round Hill AB where he met his forever partner Loretta Law and married her on May 15, 1965.

Joe is survived by his wife of 58 years Loretta (Law), daughters Lianne (Ken) Olson, Laura (Ron) Sanchez and Jody (Craig) McIntyre; 8 grandchildren: Brandon (Heather) Olson, Tiffeny (Mike) Wuerfel, Matt Sanchez, Lariah (Mike) Fetterly, Tyler (Kendall) Sanchez, Serenna (Bryson) Gordon, Sydney (Tyler) Wilson, Mackenzie (Jesse) McIntyre; 4 great-grandchildren: Alya and Avery Olson, Ganon Fetterly and Arthur Wuerfel: and sister Rose Sabourin, numerous nieces, nephews and good friends.

Joe idolized and loved his wife Loretta very much, they did everything together - from working, to cooking, to all the amazing travels - they were always side-by-side..

Joe loved spending his winters in Arizona. But his favorite times and stories came from the time spent with his family hunting and fishing and sitting around campfires sharing memories and stories were everyone ended up in belly-aching laughter.

Joe lived a full and loving life, and he will be dearly missed by his family and close friends but never ever forgotten.
