It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our mother, Marlies Greulich. She is survived by her daughter Sabina (Neil) Burns, son Marko (Tracy) Greulich and grandsons: Brayden, Riley, Kai, Alex, Ethan, Aidan, Kaegan and Gavyn; as well as numerous relatives and friends.
Marlies spent many years on various city committees and organized the Canada Day in the Park festival for over 40 years.
Marlies’ family wishes to express their gratitude to the physicians and nurses at UHNBC for their care and compassion during her final days and during her previous stay.
A celebration of her life will be held with her family at a later date in the summer 2024. At her request there will be a plaque in the memorial garden at the mausoleum. In remembrance of her life, the family asks that in lieu of flowers, you donate to a charity of your choice.
