Judy Darnell Campbell

Born July 4, 1951, in Welch, WV, she was the daughter of the late Herman Blankenship and Lucy Riffe Blankenship.

Judy was a former owner of Campbell’s Private Care on Black Oak Road in Princeton, WV where she met many people who loved her work. She will be sadly missed by all. The Lord got a good little Angel this time. We love you, Judy, Rest in Peace, you have done your job here and we know you’ll do it on the other side.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by one brother, James Carl Blankenship.

July will be sadly missed by husband Jerry M. Campbell of Princeton, WV; a son, Jerry Lee Campbell of Princeton, WV; two daughters, Melissa Ann Campbell of Statesville, NC, Christy Lynn Kibbey of Princeton, WV; five sisters, Glenna Mae Jones of Statesville, NC; Betty Joyce Baker and husband Donald of Pounding Mills, VA; Carol Hagerman and husband Roger of Troutman, NC; Marlin Smith and husband Harry of Princeton, WV; Peggy Kennedy and husband Larry of Statesville, NC; two brothers, Henry Herman Blankenship of NC; Robert Blankenship of Salisbury, NC; five grandchildren, Kara Lingerfeit and husband Jeff of Lexington, NC; Zachary Ryan Campbell of Hickory, NC; Hannah Kibbey, Ashanti Green and Anazia Green of Princeton, WV; one great-grandson, Cameron Lingerfeit of Lexington, NC.

Funeral services will be Tuesday, November 15, 2011 at 2 p.m. at the Roselawn Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Ray Blankenship officiating. Friends may call one hour prior to the service. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, 501 St. Jude’s Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
