Luther Martin Becker

Luther Martin Becker, of Tazewell, Virginia passed away August 30, 2016 in the arms of his loving wife, Cynthia S. Becker. Luther, a jeweler by trade, co-owned Becker’s Jewel Box with his wife, Cynthia in Tazewell, Virginia for over 65 years. Luther loved to travel taking his family around the world several times. He enjoyed the experiences that he shared with his wife and daughter. Luther was a member of the Main Street United Methodist Church in Tazewell, VA. He served his country proudly in the United States Army.

Luther was preceded in death by; his parents, Gordon Pete and Viney Becker, sisters; Katy Warwick and Effie Prantalos, brothers; Edward Becker, Fred Becker, William Becker and Augustin Becker.

Luther is survived by his wife Cynthia Becker, daughter and son-in-law, Tiffany B. Ginn and Gary Ginn of Elgin, South Carolina, grandchild; Preston Ginn, sisters; Mary Coello and Louise "Becky" Rogich and many nieces and nephews.

Friends may gather with the family from 1:00PM until 1:50PM Friday, September 9, 2016 at the funeral home with Graveside Services held at 2:00PM in Roselawn Memorial Gardens’ Garden of Everlasting Life, Princeton.
