Roxanna Carter Knisley

Born May 9, 1958 in Beckley WV, she worked with the Painters Local Union for years before her illness. She attended New Testament Freewill Baptist Church in Westmoreland KY.

She was preceded in death by her husband Calvin Eugene Knisley, her mother Daisy Juanita (Maloney) Carter, paternal grandparents Herb and Opal Carter, and maternal grandparents Marvin and Thelma Maloney.

Those left to cherish her memories are her daughter Anna Dawn Frasure and K Johnathan Clark of Atlantic Beach FL, her father Robert R. Carter of Fairdale WV, her brother Rev. Robert W. Carter and wife Linda of Fairdale WV, and sister Lisa R Brooks and husband Lance of Fairdale WV, nephews Nathan Carter of Ashland KY, Timothy Carter of Beckley WV, and Corey Brooks of Fairdale WV, and her two fur babies Bandit and Izzy.

Visitation will be Saturday September 27 2014 from 12-1 p.m. and the funeral to follow at 1 p.m. at Fairdale Freewill Baptist Church in Fairdale WV with her brother Rev. Robert W. Carter officiating. Services will then conclude at the church. Her final resting place will be at the mausoleum in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens in Beckley WV.
