Ronald Selis

Ron was born in Mishawaka, Indiana on July 16, 1940 to Charles and Audrey Selis (Graves). He graduated from Jefferson High School in Portland, Oregon in 1958. Then attended Portland State University. In 1999 Ron married June Newcomb Selis also from Portland, and she survives him.

Ron is also survived by son Ronald C. Selis and his wife Heather Selis; son Jeff Selis and his wife Nicole Selis; son Sam Selis and his wife Laura Selis; daughter Sally Selis; step daughters Joslin Larson; and Julie Larson Pardee and husband Autum Pardee; Grandchildren Chet Selis, Ruby Selis, Henry Selis, Camille Selis, Sam Selis, Stella Selis, Duke Selis, Scout Selis, Luca Pardee, Leo Pardee

Ron was a loyal and dedicated employee with Quimby Corporation for 42 years.

Ron was an avid fisherman, passionate golfer, bicyclist, hiker and traveler.

He had a heart as big as the universe and an undeniable love for people and dogs. He surrounded his family and friends with unconditional love. Gave of himself whenever wanted or needed, asking nothing in return. His presence will be greatly missed.
