Albert W. Chouinard

Coventry Albert W. Chouinard, 74, of Helen Avenue, died peacefully Thursday at Kent Hospital. He was the beloved husband of Jane (Arnold) Ravo Chouinard. Born in Central Falls, he was a son of the late Albert A. and Dorothy L. (Lambert) Chouinard. Al was a salesman of wholesale hardware supplies for over forty years before retiring. Mr. Chouinard served his country proudly in the United States Navy, and also served in the Naval Reserves for nearly twenty years. Beside his wife, he leaves two sons, Daniel A. Chouinard and Richard J. Chouinard; a daughter, Jacqueline A. Pannone; two step-sons, David M. Ravo and John A. Ravo; two step-daughters, Dina Lerner and Sheryl Williams; two brothers, Ronald Chouinard and Michael Chouinard; a sister, Pauline Prew; and eleven loving grandchildren, Corey, Katelyn, Kimberlee, Austin, Alex, Ashley, Joshua, Laura, Jacqueline, Justin and Jessica. Visiting hours will be held Monday, from 4 - 8 pm, in the Russell J. Boyle & Son Funeral Home, 142 Centerville Road, (Rt117) Warwick, to which relatives and friends are invited. Burial, with military honors, will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations to V.N.A. of Care New England, 51 Health Lane, Warwick, RI 02886 in his memory will be appreciated.
