Ann Marie Rodrigues

Ann Marie (Young) Rodrigues, 55, of North Providence, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Tuesday, March 9, 2021, after a long and courageously fought battle with cancer. She was the beloved wife of Arlindo “Al” Rodrigues, (Capt PFD) and loving mother of Nicholas and Matthew Rodrigues.

Born in Providence, RI she was a daughter of the late John “Joe” and Mary (Jordan) Young.  Ann also leaves behind her sisters, Lorraine Sherblum, Kathleen Simoneau and brother Kevin Young as well as many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother Joseph Young.

She loved to be at the beach as often as possible in the summer or vacationing with her husband and children. She was a lover of living life to the fullest and enjoying every possible second she could with family and friends and will always be remembered as the life of the party. 

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday, at 9:30 am, in Mary, Mother of Mankind Church, 25 Fourth Street, North Providence, to which relatives and friends are invited. Visitation walk thru Sunday, 3:00 - 6:00 in Mary, Mother of Mankind Church.
