Lackey, Anna M., 91, of Douglas Avenue, died Saturday at Berkshire Place Nursing Home, Providence. She was the wife of the late Albert C. Lackey. Born and raised on Douglas Avenue, a daughter of the late Patrick and Annie (Dolan) McNeil, she was a lifelong resident of the Smith Hill neighborhood. Mrs. Lackey was a supervisor of the cleaning crew at the former Rhode Island Hospital Trust National Bank, in Downtown Providence, for many years.She was a lifelong communicant of Saint Patrick Church She leaves a son; Joseph P. Lackey of Providence, four grandchildren; Carolyn Fitzgerald, Joseph, Eric and Sharon Lackey, eight great-grandchildren, a niece, and a nephew. She was a sister of the late Peter McNeil. The funeral will be held Tuesday, at 9:00 am, from the Russell J. Boyle & Son Funeral Home, 331 Smith Street, Providence. Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in Saint Patrick Church, Smith Street, Providence. Burial will be in Saint Francis Cemetery, Pawtucket. Visiting hours Monday, 6 - 8 pm.
