Anthony Rocco Onorato Jr, 63 of Providence, passed away on Wednesday, July 20, 2016 at Rhode Island Hospital in Providence. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Anthony Rocco and Constance (Albone) Onorato of Providence. He was also known by everyone and called by the nickname, "Rocky". He had a passion for antiques and furniture refinishing. He enjoyed going to the casino with his sisters and loved watching particular sporting events, such as UFC and Wrestling. Anthony was quick and quite witty when it came to his sense of humor and always made everyone laugh. Anthony will be truly missed! Mr. Onorato, leaves two children, Melissa M. Onorato, 41 of Providence. Rocky G. Onorato, of Providence. He had one grandchild, Ronald Brown, 20 of Providence. Anthony was the ex husband of Cynthia A. DeVito of Providence. He leaves three sisters, Eileen (Onorato) Parrillo and her husband Richard Parrillo of Warwick. Margaret (Onorato) Ulbin and her husband Joseph Ulbin of Warwick, and Marleen Onorato from Providence. Three brothers, Vincent Onorato of Westport MA , Leonard Onorato of Providence and Edward Onorato of Hope Valley, R.I.. Anthony was also survived by one niece and several nephews and their families.Funeral service and burial will be private
