He is survived by his brother Andrew Spingarn and his wife Sophia; sister Marjorie Hugel and her husband Richard; nephews Justin and Brett; and niece Lindsay.
Graveside services will be held Thursday, January 18th in Lincoln Park Cemetery, 1469 Post Rd, Warwick. In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to Congregation Ohawe Shalom, 671 East Ave, Pawtucket, RI 02860. Shiva will be held at his late residence; Thursday following services and 7-9PM, Friday 2-4PM, and Saturday 7-9PM.
