Carl F. "Butch" Marchese, 49, of Cranston, died on July 24, 2013 at Our Lady of Fatima Hospital.Born in Pawtucket, he was the son of Carl A. and Patricia A (McDonald) Marchese.He was a hardworking gentleman. Carl worked as a contractor for over 25 years. Carl enjoyed life and loved dancing, kayaking, fishing, and cooking. He was a devoted family man and also enjoyed traveling to Cape Cod, and to his family's beach house in Narragansett. Besides his parents, he leaves his two children, Justin C. Marchese and Kayla R. Marchese, both of Warwick; a brother, Stephen C. Marchese, of Pawtucket; two sisters, Lori A. Clegg, of Pawtucket, and Lisa M. Moreau, of Cranston; and several nieces and nephews.His funeral will be held on Monday, July 29, 2013 at 8:30 am, from the Russell J. Boyle & Son Funeral Home, 142 Centerville Road (Rt. 117) Warwick. Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am, in St. Peter Church, Fair St., Warwick. Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery, Cumberland. Visiting hours, Sunday, 5-7pm.
