Carmen A. Jackson, 76, of 100 Randall Street in Providence was a beloved Mother, Sister, and Aunt who peacefully transitioned to eternal life on December 4, 2017 while in the care at Philip Hulitar: Home & Hospice Center. Born in Pensacola, Florida, she was the daughter of the late Fred and Nancy (Tate) Johnson.
Prior to Carmen's illness, she had worked many years in the Home Health Care industry, where she mostly admired helping those in need, before retiring.
Survivors include her children Leroy Jackson Jr. and Sandra Jackson both of Washington, DC, and also her doting Niece-Lisa Harris whom she often referred to as 'Angel'. She was predeceased by her brother Herman Johnson of New York City.
Carmen will be deeply missed by all.
