Born in Guatemala, he was the son of the late Pedro and Audelina Garcia.
Cesar work for Calise Bakery for many years prior to retiring.
He was the father of Holguer, Julio, Debhora and Claudia; grandfather of 12 and brother of Carlos, Miguel, Pedro, Jr., Noel and Elisa Garcia.
His funeral will be held Wednesday at 9:00 am from the ROMANO FUNERAL HOME, 627 Union Avenue, Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in St. Bartholomew Church, 297 Laurel Hill Avenue, Providence. Burial to follow in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
