Christine was a good mother, friend, sister, daughter: a good person. Kind and generous, she was never afraid to reach out to help whoever needed it and was there to lend a shoulder for anyone to lean on. She spent most of her time with her son and best friend John, listening to his complaints about whatever happened to bother him that day with a smile on her face no matter how annoying he got. Christine also loved camping and was the queen of Yahtzee. Everyone who knew her was made better for doing so. She will always be loved, she will never be forgotten.
Christine is survived by her beloved son John Pontarelli with whom she lived in East Greenwich. Her siblings, Alyssa Vespia, of Providence, Sheila M. Baribault, of Warwick, and Richard A. Baribault, Jr., of Providence, her stepmother Sheryl. She also leaves many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
A service of remembrance will be announced.
