He was the beloved son of Donald J. Corwin and the late Debra A. Nichols. He was the loving father of Alexia Nichols, Damien Barber, and Donald J. Nichols Jr.; cherished brother of Kyle Burley, Crystal Spradlin, Rachel Nichols and Jerilynn Turenne. Donald also leaves many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
He was predeceased by his “Nana” Barbara Flynn, and his “Meme” Flo Nichols; and was the brother of the late Mitchell Nichols.
Donald proudly served in the U.S. Army and received numerous medals for his service in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his burial service with military honors on Tuesday, May 20th at 12:30 p.m. in the RI Veterans Cemetery, Exeter, Rhode Island.
