Enrica Marciano

Enrica O. (Cerruti) Marciano, 99, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 3, 2025. She was the beloved wife of the late Joseph A. Marciano; they were married for fifty-one years. Born in Varazze, Italy, she was the daughter of the late Christopher and Catherine (Dafieno) Cerruti.

Enrica was an avid beachgoer. She lived in Italy six months of the year every year for forty years, spending cherished time with her mother and family. She also lived in Providence and Narragansett, and was well loved in Bonnet Shores. Enrica was the rock and caretaker of the family.

She was the devoted mother of Henry Marciano and his wife Carol; cherished grandmother of Christopher J. Marciano and his wife Trisha, Laura M. Fonseca and her husband Melo, and Joseph H. Marciano and his wife Allare; great-grandmother of Natalia, Landon and Carmelo; and sister of the late Giovanni B. Cerruti.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Monday, September 8, 2025 at 10:00 AM in Saint Pius Church, 240 Eaton Street, Providence. Burial will be private.
