Evelyn Alice Baldino

Evelyn A. Baldino (DelSanto) 87, of Providence, passed away on Sunday, April 26, 2015 at the Rhode Island Hospital. She was the wife of the late James Baldino. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late John and Maria (DiSano) DelSanto. Evelyn was employed as a jewelry worker at the former Raphael Manufacturing Company in Providence for 20 years, before retiring in 1989. She was one of the kindest and most generous people, and also loved cooking. She leaves her grandson, Damien Baldino and his wife, Lori, of North Providence; a great granddaughter, Crystal Stepinski; two sisters, Anna Casalino and Dolores Fonseca; and several nieces and nephews. Evelyn was the mother of the late Paula A. Baldino and sister of the late Anthony, John, Carmino, Aldrich, Michael, Joseph and William DelSanto, Celia Mantia, Angelina Sousa, Clementina Marino, Vera Conti, Jeannette Santaniello, Filomena DelSanto, and Carmella DelSanto. Relatives and friends are invited to visit with Evelyn’s family on Saturday, May 2, 2015 from 8:30 – 10:30 am, with a funeral service beginning at 10:30 am, in the Russell J.
