Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Anthony and Mary (Nicolo) DeFusco; mother of John “Jack” Fascitelli and his wife Donna; grandmother of Jacyee, Michael and Timothy Fascitelli; sister of Benny DeFusco and the late Marie Costa.
Visitation will be held Thursday, 10-11 a.m. followed by a service at 11 a.m. in the PONTARELLI-MARINO Home, 971 Branch Avenue, Providence. Burial will be private.
