Florence E. (Gage) Brown, age 86 of Pope St, passed away on Monday at Heritage Hills Nursing Center in Smithfield. She was the beloved wife of the late Isaac Brown. Born in Gloversville, NY she was a daughter of the late Stewart and Kate(Gifford) Gage. Loving mother of Richard Brown and his wife Dolores, Kevin Brown all of Warwick, Isaac Brown, Karen Sanford both of Portsmouth RI, David Brown, Lucille Grace both of Providence, Margie Desrosiers of Johnston, and Maryann Kasiola of Boston. Sister of Stewart Gage Jr. of SC, Mildred Stutzke of NY and Beverly Damiano of FL. Grandmother of 21, great grandmother of 22. A funeral service will be held on FRIDAY at 10am in The RUSSELL J. BOYLE & SON Funeral Home 331 Smith St, Providence. Interment will follow in RI Veterans Cemetery, Calling Hours are THURSDAY from 5 to 8pm.
