He was a son of the late Alfonzo and Maria (Astore) Corrente; husband of the late Ida (Forte) Corrente; father of Alphonso (Joyce) Corrente, Sandra Corrente, Marie (Peter) Vinacco, James (Beth) Corrente, and Brenda “Poopsie” (Frank) Umbriano; loving grandfather of 5 and 5 great-granchildren; brother of Leonard and Albert Corrente.
Mr. Corrente served in the U.S. Marine Corps during WWII.
Visitation Sunday, 4-7 p.m. with a funeral service Monday at 10 a.m. in the PONTARELLI-MARINO Home, 971 Branch Avenue, Providence. Graveside burial with military honors will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Please omit flowers.
