Born in Newark, NJ on June 3, 1956, she was the daughter of Charles Hopper and Ruth (Watson) Knights.
Gail will be remembered as a woman who loved bowling, coloring, painting, singing, and dancing with her friend Marsha. Her favorite pastime was watching movies especially Little House on the Prairie, Grease, Cinderella, and anything with Shirley Temple.
She was the beloved sister of Robin Knights; cherished aunt of Swiyyah Ransome, Mustafah Moore and his wife Jaclyn, and Mecca Knights and her wife Cheyenne Isom; and adored great-aunt of Jaxson Moore and Mia Elizabeth Moore.
Her visitation will be held Monday, January 30th beginning at 12:00 p.m. in the Pontarelli-Marino Funeral Home, 971 Branch Ave, Providence followed by a service in the funeral home at 1:00 p.m. Burial will follow in North Burial Ground, Providence.
