George H. Ryan

Wakefield:Ryan, George H., 88, of Gale Drive, an executive sales manager for CBS Records for 30 years, passed away Monday at Sunny View Nursing Home in Warwick. He was the husband of the late Theresa (Zoccolini) Ryan.Born in Providence, he was the son of the late George A. and Anna M.(Cahir) Ryan, he moved to Narragansett 16 years ago.Mr. Ryan was a member of the Snug Harbor-East Matunuck Civic Association and the University of Rhode Island Fast Break Club.He leaves two sisters, Ann T. McCrink of Cranston, Mary M. Sutton of Warwick,three brothers, William J. Ryan of Florida, Thomas A. Ryan of Cranston and Charles F. Ryan of North Providence.He also leaves many nieces and nephews whom he loved and enjoyed. He was a companion and friend of Helen Barad. He will be missed.He was the brother of the late John F. Ryan and James F. Ryan, Sr.The funeral will be held on Friday at 8:30am from the Russell J. Boyle&Son Funeral Home, 142 Centerville Rd. (Route 117) Warwick.Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00am in St. Francis of Assisi Church 128 High St. Wakefield. Burial will be in St. Francis Cemetery Wakefield.
