Gloria M. Esposito Femino

Gloria M. (Esposito) Femino, 83, of Smithfield, passed away Wednesday, April 17, 2013 at home while surrounded by her loved ones. She was the beloved wife of Joseph E. Femino. Born in Providence, Gloria was a daughter of the late Ralph and Francis (Caito) Femino and sister of the late Francine (Esposito) Clow.

Along with her husband, Gloria is survived by her three sons, Joseph R. Femino and his wife Elizabeth of Smithfield, Michael R. Femino and his wife Maria of Johnston, and Ralph R. Femino of Smithfield. She was the grandmother to Shanna L. Femino, Elizabeth N. (Femino) Medeiros and husband Ryan, Amanda M. Femino, and Mia A. Femino. Gloria will soon be a great-grandmother to Giada G. Medeiros.

Gloria devoted her life to raising her children. She will always be remembered for her unfailing devotion to family and her uplifting smile. She enjoyed camping, dancing, cooking and taking weekend trips with her husband.

Visitation and funeral services will be held Monday 8-10 a.m. followed by a service at 10 a.m. in the PONTARELLI-MARINO Home, 971 Branch Avenue, Providence. Burial will follow in St. Francis Cemetery, Pawtucket. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Home & Hospice Care of RI, 1085 North Main Street, Providence, RI 02904.
