

Born in Providence, the son of the late Henry A. and Eva (Fraccola) Fellela, he was a graduate of Johnston Senior High School, class of 1976.
Henry was heavily involved with the Johnston Youth Recreational League. He was a coach for the Johnston Raiders Travel Basketball Team, a team that all three of his sons as well as many of their friends played for. A professional gambler and poker champ, he also enjoyed horse races. Henry was fond of Johnston politics and was an avid advisor for many years. He loved a good dinner with a nice cigar, as well as time spent with his family and loved ones.
Besides his wife, Henry is survived by five children, Henry A. Fellela, III and his wife Tara of Smithfield, Matthew T. Fellela and his partner Danielle of Barrington, Kyle A. Fellela and his wife Amanda of Cranston, Ally M. Fellela and her boyfriend Ethan of Johnston, and Toni-Jean Nester and her husband Erik; one brother, Kenneth Fellela and his wife Laurie of Greenville; three grandchildren, Mia, Elvis, and Franco as well as several nieces and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 25, 2026 from 4:00 to 7:00 PM.
His Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, March 26, 2026 at 8:45 AM from Pontarelli-Marino Funeral Home, 971 Branch Ave., Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM in Our lady of Grace Church, George Waterman Road, Johnston. Burial, with Military Honors to follow in St. Ann’s Cemetery, Cranston.
