West Warwick James H. O'Neill, 56, of Clyde Tower, Main Street, died Sunday at Kent Hospital. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Herbert H. and Christina F. (Donahue) O'Neill. Jim was a welder for General Dynamics Division of Electric Boat, at Quonset Point, for several years. He served his country proudly in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War. He leaves a son, Jeffrey O'Neill; and was a special dad and friend to Salvatore Covain; two brothers, Stephen F. O'Neill and David J. O'Neill; a sister, Elizabeth "Betty" Brown; and a grandson. He was a brother of the late Michael P. O'Neill. The funeral service will be held Friday, at 10:00 am, in the Russell J. Boyle & Son Funeral Home, 142 Centerville Road (Rt.117) Warwick. Burial, with military honors, will be in the Rhode Island Veterans Cemetery, Exeter. Visiting hours Thursday, 4 - 8 pm.
