Born in Salinas, Puerto Rico she was a daughter of Maria De Lourdes Torres and the late Ediberto Ortiz.
She was known for her love of decorating and spending time with her family.
Jasmina was the loving mother of Angel Cuevas (Michelle), Jenalle Cuevas, and Lourdes Cuevas; cherished grandmother of 14; great-grandmother of 5; and sister of Diana Bonilla, Enrique Bonilla, Raphael Bonilla, and the late Victor Bonilla.
Funeral services and burial will be private.
