Born in Providence, he was the son of Mario and Anna (Generali) Corse.
John was a chef at Lancellotta’s Restaurant for 16 years.
He was the brother of Mario Corse, Jr. and his wife Dale, Peter Corse and his wife Sheila and the late Robert and Frank Corse; brother in law of Katrina Corse and uncle of Neil, Jeffrey, Lauren, Meaghan, Lindsey, Camryn and Bonnie.
His funeral will be held Saturday at 8:30 am from the ROMANO FUNERAL HOME, 627 Union Avenue, Providence followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 am in Holy Cross Church, 645 Hartford Avenue, Providence.
