Jose Diaz Rodriguez of Guayama, Puerto RicoBorn on March 26, 1948 in Caguas, Puerto RicoHusband, Father, and Grandfather known as 'Pepo'Our father was a man of art, music, photography, invention, and adventures. Anyone who has ever met him for some inexplicable reason always felt a warm connection to him. Pepo was gifted with words, and shared unforgettable wisdom with anyone. A true teacher who would never told you what to do, but would offer advise in which you would decide what was best for you. He believed in everyone. He was the foundation to our family and will be kept in our hearts and mind forever. Our souls are forever joined to Pepo.We are deeply and forever indebted to Pepo. He is survived by: Ana Diaz, his loving wife whom stood by him for over fifty years. His three beautiful children: Evelyn, Jose Jr., and Ritchie. He was a proud Grandfather to Lou, Eric, Ritchie Jr., Christopher, Cianna, Jasmine, Alexandra, Nina, Christopher Ives, and Ryan 'Goose'.Until we meet again, rest peacefully dad. Let us all close our eyes and see you, listen to your voice, and sit still to feel all of your bendiciA�nes. We will miss you tremendously, but will never forget you and the blessings you left us all. Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 22 from 6:00pm to 7:00pm in the RUSSELL J. BOYLE & SON Funeral Home 331 Smith St., Providence.Following this service, a celebration of his life will take place at 535 Pleasant Valley Parkway, Providence.
