Joseph C. Pastina

Born in Barrington, he was the son of the late Joseph and Carmella (D’Agostino) Pastina.

Mr. Pastina was a postal clerk for the U.S. Postal Service for 29 years, upon retiring from the Post Office he worked for 10 years at Delizioso Deli as a pizza maker. He was also a World War II Army Veteran and an avid N.Y. Yankee fan.

He was the father of Joseph C. Pastina, Jr. and his wife Susan, Linda Albanese and her late husband Robert and Donna Gervais and her late husband Phillip; grandfather of 6; great grandfather of 11 and brother of the late Armando Pastine and Louis and John Pastina, Louise Corio, Angelina Penta and Laura Barbarino.

His funeral with visitation will be held Monday 9:30 am from the ROMANO FUNERAL HOME, 627 Union Avenue, Providence followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am in St. Bartholomew Church, 297 Laurel Hill Avenue, Providence.
