Lydia Ann Hicks

Lydia A. (Pullano) Hicks from Cranston, RI died peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on 04/16/25 at the age of 84. Lydia was born in Providence, RI in 1940. She was the daughter of the late Adolpho Pullano and Carmela (Lamantia) Pullano. She is the wife of the late Leonard Hicks.

Lydia was the devoted and loving mother of Michael J. Pescione and his wife Mary Ann Pescione with whom she lived with her last year in North Scituate, RI. also the loving mother of Anthony J. Pescione and his wife Laura Pescione of Sherman Oaks, CA. She was the beloved sister of Richard Pullano of San Francisco, CA and Janie Hadfield of Cranston, RI. She was the cherished grandmother of her six grandchildren Michael, Marissa, Melanie, Marvin, Matteo, Lilianna and her only great-granddaughter Charlotte.

Lydia will be remembered for her selfless devoted dedication to her entire family. Always putting others before herself. Caring and loving. She always loved to cook her best homemade Italian dinners while hosting her entire family for every holiday every year. She was always the spark in all family gatherings with her charming personality.

Lydia loved to sing and dance her heart away until her last days. She was gifted with a beautiful voice that sung to beautiful tunes. She will be missed dearly by her children, grandchildren and siblings as she impacted their lives in the most amazing way. Her memories will live on within her loving family.
