Born in San Miguel, Portugal she was the daughter of the late James and Tina Silva.
Mama, as she was known to many, worked at the Dunkin Donuts on Atwood Avenue in Johnston for 15 years. She also worked for Stop and Shop for several years.
She was the mother of John Paliotti, Melissa Silva, Joseph Silva, Anthony Paliotti and the late Lori Pestana; grandmother of Shane, Christina, Kiara, A.J., Devon, Jordan, Rendell, Wisdom and Audrina and sister of Michael and Alfred Pacheco.
Visitation will be held Monday from 4-7 PM in the ROMANO FUNERAL HOME, 627 Union Avenue, Providence followed by a service in the funeral home at 7 PM. Cremation will follow.
