Mark Anthony Doyle

Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Robert E. and Joan O. (Savard) Doyle.

He was employed until his retirement by the City of Cranston and worked in several Cranston schools for over 30 years.

His passions were golf, vacationing in Maine, going to the casino with his wife, and all animals especially his dog Chippy.

He leaves behind his loving children Jason and Melanie Doyle and granddaughter Jalen Fulton; his stepsons Kyle, Chad, and Walter “Bo” Spitznagel; sisters Lynn Parker, Joan Duquette (Josh), Kathy Doyle, and Brenda Doyle.

His visitation and service will be held Saturday, December 2, 2023 from 9:00-1030a.m. at the Romano Funeral Home, 627 Union Ave, Providence, RI. Entombment will follow the conclusion of services at Highland Memorial Park, Johnston.

The family would like to acknowledge Mark’s health care team, staff at Cedar Crest Nursing Centre, Hope Hospice, and the caring staff at Philip Hulitar in Providence for their compassion and empathy during his long illness.

As such, in lieu of flowers, donations to Hope Hospice, www.hopehealthco.org as well as the ASPCA, www.aspca.org would be most appreciated.
