Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Vincenzo and Elena (Tedeschi) DeMarco. She had been the wife of the late Alfred Iavarone .
Mother of Elena A. White and husband Harold, Barbara M. DiChiara and husband Frank, Scott M. Iavarone and wife Lynn and the late Edward A. Iavarone and his wife Phyllis; grandmother of 13; great-grandmother of 17; sister of Carolina Pannone. She also leaves her extended family at Greenwood Care and Rehabilitation Center.
Visitation and funeral services will be held Tuesday, 9:30-10:30 a.m. in the PONTARELLI-MARINO Home, 971 Branch Avenue, Providence, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. in St. Anthony Church, 1413 Mineral Spring Avenue, North Providence.
