Mary Villella Lepore

She was the beloved wife of the late Alphonse Lepore. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Victor and Filomena

(D’Aniello) Villella.

Mrs. Lepore had worked at Women & Infants Hospital before retiring. She enjoyed gardening and also enjoyed cooking, and most of all spending time with her family.

She was the beloved mother of Alphonse J. Lepore, Carol A. Paradise, Lawrence J. Lepore and James P. Lepore; cherished grandmother of 8 and great-grandmother of 3; sister of Victor and Frank Villella, Dolores DiMaria and the late Rachel Obiurka, Rose Lanzi, Anna Catherine Pella, and Michael Villella.

Visitation will be held Monday, 5-8 p.m. with a funeral on Tuesday at 9 a.m. from the PONTARELLI-MARINO Home, 971 Branch Avenue, Providence. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. in St. Augustine Church, 639 Mount Pleasant Avenue, Providence, followed by burial in St. Francis Cemetery, Pawtucket.
