Michael was the beloved brother of Diane Conetta and the late Robert Porreca, and brother-in-law of the late Peter Conetta. Growing up in the Silver Lake section of Providence, Michael spent many years working as an auto-body technician and later as a barber, professions he took pride in until his retirement.
He was a cherished uncle to many nieces and nephews, who will remember him fondly and hold his memory close.
His visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, from 4:00–7:00 PM in the Romano Funeral Home, 627 Union Avenue, Providence. Burial will be private.
