Norma LeJeune

Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Michele and Rose (DiBattista) LaButti.

Norma started her career as a Window Designer for the former Shepard’s Department Store. After taking some time off to raise her family, she worked in the Accounting Department of Citizens Bank for 28 years before retiring. Norma lived with her daughter Michelle R. Merola and her husband Ralph as well as her great-granddaughter Madison Merola.

Norma was the grandmother of Charles “Chuck” Merola and his wife Renee and Jeffery Merola and great grandmother of 6. She was also the sister of the late Michael, Alfred, Donald and Joseph LaButti, Madeline Ciumo, Emily Balay and Flora Rau.

Her visitation will be held Tuesday, February 28, 2023 from 9:30 AM – 11:00 AM in the PONTARELLI-MARINO FUNERAL HOME, 971 Branch Avenue, Providence followed by a service in the funeral home at 11:00 AM. Burial will be private
