

Born in West Warwick, he was a son of the late Gerard and Evelyn (Bouchard) Valliere.
Paul earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Johnson and Wales University and attended Graduate degree courses at Providence College.
Paul worked as a Senior Revenue Agent in the Division of Taxation from 1969-1977, Assistant Director for the Financial Management Department of Employment and Training from 1991-1992, Associate Director for the Finance and Data Processing Department of Employment and Training from 1992-2003, and Chairman for the RI Credit Union as well as a Board of Director from 2010-2015. He was a self-employed accountant from 2003 until his retirement.
He was the loving father of Craig P. Valliere and the late Christopher P. Valliere and brother of the late Gerard Valliere.
His visitation will be held Wednesday July 31, 2024 from 4:00-7:00 p.m. and funeral Thursday August 1, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. from the Pontarelli-Marino Home, 971 Branch Ave, Providence followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. in St. Anthony Church, 1413 Mineral Spring Ave, North Providence. Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to the Remembrance Garden of Greater Providence, c/o Lucille Valliere, 10 Dail Dr, North Providence, RI 02911.
