Peter Vinacco Jr., 90, passed away February 16, 2014. He was the son of the late Peter Sr. and Mary (Rossi) Vinacco; beloved husband of Carmella A. (Grieco) Vinacco; devoted father of Peter A. Vinacco and his wife Marie, Deborah A. Vinacco, Doris B. Reilly and her husband James, Loriann E. Garde and her husband Robert, and Michael A. Vinacco and his wife Jacqueline; grandfather of 6; great-grandfather of 2; and brother of Arthur and Joseph Vinacco, Connie Ehrl, Evelyn Brousseau, Anna Zito, Beatrice Tatreault, Doris Simas and the late Hope Sherman, Mary Stravato and William Vinacco.
Mr. Vinacco had worked in sales for Brian Supplies before retiring. He was also an avid bowler and bocce player.
Visitation Wednesday, 4-7 p.m. with a funeral service Thursday at 10 a.m. in the PONTARELLI-MARINO Home, 971 Branch Avenue, Providence. Burial will be in Swan Point Cemetery, Providence. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the St. Vincent de Paul Society c/o St. Philip Church, 622 Putnam Pike, Greenville, RI 02828.
