Richard Samuel Connelly, Jr

Richard S. Connelly, Jr., 58, of Lake Worth, FL, passed away on Thursday, June 1, 2017 at Bethesda Memorial Hospital West, in Boynton Beach, FL. Born in Ridley Park, PA, he was the son of Charlotte R. (Wiseman) Connelly and the late Richard S. Connelly, Sr. He worked as a police officer, and served as a detective on the Boynton Beach Police Department for 21 years, prior to retirement. Besides his mother, he leaves his children, Nicole Jovanovski, and her husband, Robert, Matthew Connelly, and his wife, Kaitlyn, Kasey Connelly, Shayla Bennett, and Brannon Bennett; four grandchildren, Vincent and Kalena Jovanovski and Makaila and Alyssa Connelly; and many cousins and friends. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a funeral service and interment on Friday, June 9, 2017 at 11:00 am, in the Mausoleum Chapel at the Highland Memorial Park Cemetery, 1 Rhode Island Avenue, Johnston.
