Richard C. Falvo, 77, passed away December 21, 2013. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Antonio and Rachela (Audino) Falvo. He was the father of Richard and Lynn Falvo and the brother of Evelyn Tomasso. He also leaves several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was the brother of the late George and Vincent Falvo, and Annette DeCesare.
Richard served in the U.S. Army and retired from the State of RI, Deptartment of Transportation.
Visitation and funeral will be held Thursday 9:30-10:30 a.m. in the PONTARELLI-MARINO Home, 971 Branch Ave., Providence followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. in St. Anthony Church, 1413 Mineral Spring Avenue, North Providence with military honors to follow. Burial will be private in the RI Veterans Cemetery.
