Rosalie J. Dube

March 21 1942 to April 18 2025

Former co-owner of Dube’s Spa and co-founder of Polar Cap Ice, Woonsocket RI, Rosalie J. Dube passed on April 18, 2025 peacefully surrounded by her family.

She leaves behind her children Glenn (Laura) Dube and Jennifer (Michelle) Bedard. Grandchildren Benjamin, Hayden and Jai Li Rose. As well as her beloved Maltese Chloe.

She was also survived by her 5 brothers Jean Marie (Suzanne) Joyal Jr., Ernest (Gail) Joyal, Roger (Theresa) Joyal, Maurice (Susan) Joyal, and Peter (Jo-Ann) Joyal.

She was the wife of Roger L. Dube.

She was preceded in death by her beloved parents Jean Marie Joyal Sr and Evelyn Joyal. As well as many aunts and uncles especially her Aunt Rachel and Pauline.

She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews.

She was born and raised in Woonsocket and a graduate of St. Claire High School.

Rosalie was a person of faith, love and devotion. She has been described as an easy to be around, loving, devoted, nurturing and kind woman.

Rosalie retired to Florida. During that time she loved traveling, Christmas, shopping, going to the movies, the Boston Red Sox, Johnny Mathis, Disney, her dogs but mostly she loved her grandkids. Three years ago she returned home to Rhode Island to live her remaining years with her son Glenn and his family.

Her children would like to thank everyone for their love and support during this time. Services will be held in both Rhode Island and Florida with a private burial.
