She was the wife of the late Robert Garris.
She was the daughter of the late Clement Vincent and Lena Vincent.
She is survived by her daughter Amanda L. Vincent, and sons Robert C. Vincent, Brian J. Vincent, and Anthony M Vincent as well as her beloved grandchildren, Justin A. Dure, Robert N. Vincent, Tat-iyana A. Vincent, Ethan X. Vincent, Tyler E. Williams, and Chloe L. Frederique. Sandra loved her family and always thought of others, her grandchildren were her world. Heaven has gained an angel.
