Passing just two weeks shy of her 96th birthday, hers was a rich and beautiful life, well-lived while not devoid of heartache. She is predeceased by her daughter, Jackie Lepore, and her husband, Louis Lepore, her Knight in Shining Armor. The last of the Greely Street Rossi children, Terry was unafraid and readily spoke of wanting to be reunited with her entire family.
Terry proudly worked for the State of RI in Human Resources for 20 years before retiring and beginning what became her personal Ministry.
She could only be described as a “total and complete heart”, in fact her entire family regularly called her Mother Teresa. Nursing friends and family back to health or sadly helping prepare them for their death seemed to be her calling. We don’t know how we will happily continue without her in our lives.
Teresa leaves behind, in profound sorrow, her children Linda and Dean Lees; her grandchildren Dean Jr. and Kimberly Lees; and great-grandchildren Sydney and Samantha Lees, all of Lincoln, RI. She also leaves behind her grandchildren Alison and William Thomas and great-grandchildren Emily and Teresa of Salisbury, NH.
She was our Mommy, Nana, Great-Nana, Mema, and most cherished Auntie Terry. Rest In Paradise Sweet Soul.
Her visitation will be held Friday, February 9, 2024 from 8:30-9:30 a.m. in the Pontarelli-Marino Home, 971 Branch Ave, Providence followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in the Mary, Mother of Mankind Church, 25 Fourth St, North Providence. Burial will follow in St. Francis Cemetery, Pawtucket.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to the North Providence Animal Welfare Society, https://npawsri.org/
