Vera was the devoted wife of the late John Silva Jr., with whom she shared many cherished years. Born in Providence, she was the beloved daughter of the late Raymond J. and Vera L. (Mattis) Pariseau.
She is survived by her loving daughter, Cheryl Farpelha, and her husband James; her devoted brother, Ross Pariseau, and his companion Carol Nunes, and her daughter Courtney Nunes. Vera will be lovingly remembered by all who knew her.
In keeping with her wishes, funeral services will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the Rhode Island Veterans Home, 480 Metacom Avenue, Bristol, RI 02809.
