

Angela Rose Zupancic (lovingly known as Honeygirl), 92, left us on Monday, July 17, 2023, peacefully at home. She was born August 7, 1930, in Pueblo, CO to Jim and Rose Masinton, who both preceded her in death, along with her brother Johnny Reems. Angela was united in marriage to Frank Zupancic on Feb. 11, 1956, who preceded her in death after 50 Golden Years of marriage in Pueblo, CO. She is preceded in death also by her in-laws, Frank and Mary Zupancic. Angela was a lifelong resident of Pueblo and graduated from Centennial High School in 1948 and Pueblo Junior College in 1950. She worked for the telephone company in Pueblo for several years before becoming a loving wife and mother. For a time, she was the owner and operator of a Pueblo woman’s clothing store Pauline’s Sportswear. Angela is survived by her 5 daughters;
Jona Zupancic of Montesano, WA, Paula (Bob) Glynn of Jefferson City, MO, Lori (Pat) Brown of Pueblo, CO, Toni (Mark) Morton of Littleton, CO, and Maureen (Joe) Miller of Pueblo, CO. She was grandmother to Lauren (Trevor) Phillips, Erienne (Zach Waber) Christman, Nicholas Brown, Taylor Brown, Sara (Brian) Blandford, Evan (Maddie) Morton and Josh Morton. She was great grandmother to Monroe and Raiden Christman Waber, Jayden, Baylor and Kyler Blandford and her great grandchild on the way, Charlie Morton.
Angela is also survived by her sister-in-law Nancy Sullinger, several nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
Funeral Mass will be held Tuesday July 25, 23, 10am at Christ the King
