Clara Jean Dominguez

Clara J Dominguez 88, Passed away on February 8, 2022. born to Carmen & Domingo Hernandez August 12, 1933. Preceded in death by her husband Felix, her parents and her in-laws Jose & Modesta; Sisters Julia, Maria Santistevan; brothers Louie, Davey; sister in-laws Roberta, Jerriline & Lucille Huerta, brother in-law Robert Yoder and nephew Erik Hernandez. Survived by her children Roz (Bill) Navarro, Felix (Shirley), grandchildren which she deeply cherished; Felix Jr. (Tawnya), Billy (Trina), Ariel (Scotty); great grandchildren; Quinn (Her Queen), Dominic, Brooklyn, and William; brothers & sisters Jimmie, Delores, Gloria, Frank (Ida), Andy (Loretta), Roberta (Stefan), brother in-law Jose Santistevan. Special cousin Gini Henry. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, Godchildren and many comparados. Clara was retired from Pueblo District 60 where she made many lifetime friends. A devoted Catholic, Clara prayed the Rosary daily. She was also active in Young at Heart, and with numerous community organizations. Many family members viewed her as the family matriarch. As such, she attended numerous family functions and was always willing to lend a helping hand. She was a true mother, grandmother, aunt, cousin and friend, who gave unconditionally of herself, and has earned her “wings”. She will be watching from above.
