Dolores Alice Gonzales

Dolores A. Gonzales 76, was born July 1, 1945 in Alamosa, CO and passed away on July 5, 2021 in Pueblo, CO. She was survived by her husband of 56 years Rudy-Sonny Gonzales; daughter, Deborah Archuleta; sons, Rudy (Peggy) Gonzales, Carl Gonzales, Mike (Nani) Gonzales, Bobby Gonzales; grandchildren, Sonny, Alicia, Alfred, Thomas, Dominique, Mikeliah, Carl Jr, Mariah, Marisa, Trinidi, Fantazia, Leticia; great grandchildren, Mikey, Celeste, Sunshine, Sonny, Don, Jasper, Zanielah, Nizhoni. Dolores is also survived by her brothers, Pete (Louisa), Felix (Sharon), Davie, Anthony (Rosie); sisters, Helen (Jim), Rosalie (Joe), Elaine (Ernie), Christy (Leroy), Sandra, Lisa and numerous nieces, nephews and other family members. She is proceeded in death by her parents Don and Rose Ruybal; brothers, Roger (Lolly), Bakers, Thomas (Kathy), Daniel; sisters, Donna, Regie, Elanor, Mary.

Dolores loved being with her husband aka Her Right Hand. They were inseparable and did everything together. She also enjoyed cooking, playing pool, camping, gambling in Cripple Creeek, organizing parties and wedding anniversaries ( I’m sure if you knew them you probably stood up in one of their wedding anniversaries). She enjoyed being with her family and friends no matter the occasion. Dolores was not only an amazing mom and grandma to her babies, she also stepped up and became a foster mom and daycare provided. She will definitely be missed by anyone that has known her.

Viewing will be Friday July, 16th 2021 at Imperial Memorial Gardens from 12pm-4pm. Graveside Service will be Friday July, 23rd at 2pm also at Imperial Memorial Gardens.
